Attended Wellesley College from 1982-1986, where differentness was valued. Graduated with a degree in mathematics.
Was foolishly aimless for a couple of years, and made money typing.
Entered the software industry in 1988. Taught by a colleague to access Usenet on my first day. Life changed forever.
Alerted to the existence of Mosaic and the Web by my brother somewhere in the mid-90s. Life changed forever.
Married in 2002 to the nicest person I've ever met. Life changed forever.
Became a mama on May 25, 2004, at 3:46 a.m. Have not slept since. Life changed forever. Insanely happy.
